Oleh karena itu, mantan murid-murid Eiichi masuk ke dalam list tersangka atau orang yang patut dicurigai. 

Kamiio Mayo – Putri korban yang tinggal di Tokyo terpaksa harus ke kampung halamannya untuk mengurus pemakaman dan membantu polisi dalam mengidentifikasi tersangka. Di tengah pencarian yang tidak berujung, paman Mayo, Takeshi yang berprofesi sebagai mantan pesulap eksentrik membantu proses pencarian. 

Takeshi, paman Kamiio Mayo berperan sebagai ‘detektif’ di novel Keigo Higashino kali ini. Takeshi membantu Mayo dan Polisi karena dia menemukan banyak sekali kejanggalan dari kasus pembunuhan mantan guru SMP, Kamiio Eiichi.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Novel ini termasuk novel rilisan baru, dengan latar masa pandemi COVID-19. Ceritanya sangat menarik, terutama untuk karakter Takeshi karena ia merupakan mantan pesulap eksentrik namun ia juga pandai mengendus kejanggalan kasus pembunuhan Eiichi. Hal tersebut membuat novel ini dipadukan unsur magic dan unsur detektif, jadi keren banget! Ya.. walaupun di pertengahan novel agak bertele-tele, tapi tetap worth it untuk kalian baca karena plot twist-nya gak ketebak.

Black Showman and the Murder in an Obscure Town – This novel tells us about Kamio Eiichi, an ex-teacher of junior highschool who was found dead in his own house yard. Eiichi was a teacher that was fully respected by his students. They even still contacted Eiichi when he was alive. As the students are including the closest person to Eiichi, they have to be included for being a suspect. 

Kamio Mayo, the daughter of Eiichi who lives in Tokyo. She must go to her hometown to attend her father’s funeral and help police to identify the suspects of murder. In the middle of a clueless investigation, Mayo’s uncle named Takeshi who is an ex-eccentric magician tries to help the investigation.

In this Keigo Higashino’s novel the detective is Takeshi, Mayo’s uncle. Takeshi helps Mayo and the Police because he found many anomalies in this murder case of Kamio Eiichi. 

Who is the killer of Kamio Eiichi? Is it from one of his students?

🙋🏻‍♀️ This novel is included to newest novel from Keigo Higashino. The storyline is very exciting, with the background set during COVID 19. The one character that I remember so much is Takeshi. An ex-eccentric magician but he is also good at finding anomalies in the Eiichi murder case. This character background of Takeshi which makes this novel has two vibes, magic and detective. It is very amazing! However, in the middle of the novel it is long-winded but still, it is worth it for you guys to read since the plot-twist is very unpredictable.
